Clarification of education requirement
In the Notice of Competition point 3.3.1(a)(i), point 3.3.2(a)(i) and point 3.3.3(a)(i), the qualification requirements were formulated in a manner that could give rise to differing interpretations. This is what the second paragraph means:
The education requirement referred to in this point is also deemed to be fulfilled where a candidate, after completing a bachelor’s programme in any field, has obtained a diploma in one or more of the areas listed in point 3.3.1(b), 3.3.2.(b) and 3.3.3.(b) (such as a postgraduate certificate, graduate diploma, Master’s, PhD, or any other qualification requiring a prior bachelor’s degree for admission), irrespective of the duration of the studies leading to that diploma.
The candidate must have at least three years of relevant professional experience (see point 3.3.1(c), point 3.3.2(c) and point 3.3.3(c)) acquired after that diploma.
The deadline of application will be extended to give candidates who already submitted an application sufficient time to adjust it.
An amendment to the Notice of Competition reflecting these changes will be published shortly.
