For the Contract Staff selection procedures, candidates are required to take reasoning skills tests. 

These are multiple-choice questionnaires designed to assess verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning skills, as follows:

• Verbal reasoning: assesses your ability to think logically and understand verbal information.
• Numerical reasoning: assesses your ability to think logically and interpret numerical data.
• Abstract reasoning: assesses your ability to identify logical patterns and relationships between concepts, without relying on language, numbers, or spatial orientation.

Contract staff positions are divided into four Function Groups (FG I–IV), depending on the nature of the duties and the level of responsibility.
